I love to use this after a workout in a green smoothie bowl.
- 1 big handful of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 big handful of fresh kale
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups water or almond milk
